Sign up with them for fixed rate, paperless billing and automatic payment.... BUT what you actually get is an ever increasing rate, and no notification until you get the pink slip in the mail saying you are about to be cut off.

Their customer service person doesn't even say sorry, just delete account and sign up again. They tell you that prepay will be $40 and that is only the first payment.... the next will be $50 then $70 then $80. And that isn't an actual consumption amount it is based on the average for the area...

so if you live in a 2 bdr apartment you are in a blended rate with the 5 bedrooms homes down the street. Such as bad company.

I liked: That they had a program for those with no credit.

I didn't like: That they tack on 21 dollar override agl fee, Tech system malfunctions yet the consumer is penalized, That although my usage does not go up the bill doubles, Website routinely looses account sign up record, Website does not show day the account will be debited.
